Taste life texture moment, &Tradition Home 2023 autumn new product debut

For its new fall collection, &Tradition Home has launched a range of furniture, lamps and home accessories created by renowned designers and artists to add color and ritual to life. Under the eaves, between the light and shadow, every moment is surrounded by everyday objects, feeling the interweaving of classic and modern.

Momento Series

Famed artist and designer Jaime Hayon has launched the Momento collection, which is named after the Spanish word for "moment" and includes a collection of home decorations designed to encourage us to slow down and savor life's simple pleasures.

"Momento is about love, giving yourself a little time to enjoy the everyday. These objects are already a part of life and are within reach, "Hayon explained. "When I envisioned the elements in the Momento collection, I thought they should be simple objects that we could use in any meaningful moment."

The Momento collection is a collection of simple and practical everyday objects designed to add color and a sense of ritual to everyday life. The collection consists of a kettle, a candlestick and two vases, each a clever combination of Hayon's sculptural language and signature colours.

Formakami Limited edition

Renowned artist and designer Jaime Hayon has designed the limited edition Formakami for &Tradition, a contemporary lighting product line inspired by Japan. Taking inspiration from traditional hand-painted lanterns, this unique JH5 chandelier combines Hayon's signature bold colors and organic shapes.

The Formakami Limited Edition chandelier is an eye-catching design decorated with ivory paper and black oak. Each limited edition Formakami product has its own number printed on stained oak panels. Lucky buyers will have the opportunity to take Hayon's artwork home as a distinctive part of any interior design.

Pivot light

Nearly a century after the design clash between light and sculpture began, &Tradition introduces Pivot, a portable light fixture that explores the boundaries between form and function.

At the heart of Pivot's design lies the interaction between natural and artificial light. The geometric lampshade is positioned at a 45-degree Angle to the base, creating a soft diffusing effect that mimics the warm glow of a modern candle, creating a soft light with a welcoming atmosphere that changes the ambiance of the surrounding environment at the touch of a button.

Pivot is made of powder-coated iron and mirror-polished steel, reminiscent of the minimalist art movement. It is available in two color combinations, Blue Silver and Rusty Mint. The cool shade of Blue Silver is suitable for most modern homes and Spaces, while the warm-toned Rusty Mint color scheme is suitable for those seeking to be more expressive.

Mist series

Designed by Copenhagen-based design studio All the Way to Paris, the Mist collection, in collaboration with &Tradition, includes chandeliers and table lamps in two sizes, inspired by the warm light of the morning light shining through the mist, adding a modern touch to the classic spherical chandelier silhouette.

The Mist series is all made of blown opal glass and the chandeliers are available in two sizes and can be hung individually or combined to create a wider range of light sources. The simple appearance of the chandelier allows the light itself to become the focus of the piece, creating a sense of ambiance and visual harmony. The marble column of the lamp features a dimmer switch, and the lightness of the glass contrasts with the firmness of the marble, creating an elegant design with a rich sense of material. Both MiSts have corresponding silhouettes, but the shapes are reversed to give a charming, coordinated effect in the same space.

Utzon souvenir&Tradition takes a fresh look at classic Danish design with the launch of Steel Blue's Utzon commemorative lamp. To mark the 50th anniversary of the completion of the UNESCO World Heritage Sydney Opera House by architect and designer Jørn Utzon, this bold design adds a striking new feature to the chandeliers.

Although their modular form is relatively simple, these minimalist components are combined into a light fixture with an architectural appearance. Utzon has carefully constructed this structure, which not only has a value beyond aesthetics, but also emits light with precision. Its high-gloss finish echoes the ceramic glaze of the Swedish tiles in a herringbone pattern on the building's roof. This striking feature brings an elegant gloss to the luminaire, making the overall dark blue tone more vivid.

Collect series New products

Designed by Space Copenhagen, the Collect collection is designed to create meaningful objects that collectors would like to have in their home. The new beautifully handmade carpet and stylish Hurricane candle lampshades extend this concept, bringing light, layers and a sense of serenity to the collection.

The Hurricane candle shade, described by Space Copenhagen as "outlining the poetry of candlelight," is the latest addition to the Collect collection. Round glass and powder-coated steel provide soft light, adding a touch of warmth and layer to both residential and commercial interior and exterior Spaces.

The new carpet comes in three organic shades: Milk, Caramel and Stone. Soft colours combined with high quality textiles make the carpet unobtrusive yet visually cohesive, giving the space a soft and warm atmosphere. The Collect carpet is made by artisans in Bikaner, India, using undyed natural wool woven on a hand loom. A lot of effort and professional skills have been poured into each carpet, demonstrating the artistry of Collect design and weaving process itself.
